About Ken Bronchick

Resume of Kenneth C. Bronchick, ESQ

I graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in April, 1984, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October, 1984. My initial attorney position was with the Law Offices of Lawrence Michael Shoot in Miami. I was immediately immersed in the fields of Family Law, Real Property and Title Insurance, Corporations, Estate Planning and Probate. My work load also included over forty foreclosure actions. I opened my own practice in June, 1986, moving to Broward County to be closer to family, and have continuously been a sole practitioner here ever since.

My practice continued to include the above areas of practice, adding business purchases and sales, general commercial transactions, and commercial lending, along the way.

I fazed out my family law practice over twenty-five years ago. After building a successful portion of my practice in that area of law, I found that the practice of family law was less than satisfying. Since that time, my practice has continued to evolve further toward real estate closings and title work, both residential and commercial. I eventually formed Expert Title Company with Steven H. Naturman, Esq. in January, 2002. We currently are underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. I average approximately 15 to 25 CLE credit search year in the real estate and title insurance fields.

Between 2003 and 2007 I handled hundreds of residential real estate closings for Regions Bank (formerly Union Planters), before the market downturn and personnel changes affected our relationships.

Starting in 2005 I began handling commercial transactions for Regions Bank, followed by several years handling commercial and residential closings for Florida Shores Bank (since having merged into Stonegate Bank and again into Centennial Bank). We also have handled many matters for Regent Bank (which also merged into Centennial Bank) and I currently handle commercial transactions for Centennial Bank, Pacific National Bank, and through Steven Naturman, we also do so for Grove Bank & Trust. Previously we have represented and handled transactions, both residential and/or commercial for Premier Community Bank (no longer in existence), for IronStone Bank (N/K/A First Citizens), for FirstBank Florida, First Green Bank and for Seacoast Bank. Of course, we have worked with many Realtors and loan officers over the years.

My law practice continues to thrive in the areas of real estate, estate planning and probate, commercial and business law.

In 2012 I was bestowed the prestigious designation of “AV”® Pre-eminent™ rated lawyer by Martindale-Hubbell, a designation of which I am quite proud.

There has never been any action taken (except one frivolous lawsuit many years ago, which was immediately dismissed after one letter from Mr. Naturman), insurance claim filed, nor any bar complaint filed with regard to any legal representation or with regard to any real estate closing handled by me or Expert Title℠. I maintained the same office location from November 1, 1987 through March 31, 1997 in east Fort Lauderdale, then in one location in Cypress Creek from April 1, 1997 through July, 2007, and now have been at my current location in Deerfield Beach since that time.

My philosophy is ‘to handle each matter/closing the right way’. I run my title agency with the same standards as I run my law office. While I endeavor to satisfy all the needs of my clients/lenders, I will not deviate from sound principles of law, ethics and title underwriting, as well as lender guidelines provided. That is part of the reason I have never had any claims brought (that I know of), and I do not worry about the authorities coming to my office, as has happened to many others in recent times. Lenders need to have confidence that the title agent is protecting them, as well as guiding the transaction to fruition.

I am also community service minded. For nearly 10 years I was a Director on the Board for Broward Children’s Center; I was a Kiwanian in Oakland Park (Vice-President) for well over a decade; Past President of the Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Chamber of Commerce; a Rotarian from 2002 through around 2017 (past Treasurer-4 years); was the Charter Organization Representative for three (3)Boy/Cub Scout units; have coached several seasons of recreational soccer; years as a member of multiple School Advisory Councils; and, sponsor of several recreational sport teams. I also helped raise several thousand dollars for the American Cancer Society.

This has been a synopsis of my thirty plus (35+) year legal and real estate/title insurance career. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your attention and consideration.
