Kenneth C. Bronchick, P.A.

President and Leading Attorney of Expert Title

Resume of Kenneth C. Bronchick, Esq.

I graduated from the University of Florida College of Law in April, 1984, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in October, 1984. My initial attorney position was with the Law Offices of Lawrence Michael Shoot in Miami. I was immediately immersed in the fields of Family Law, Real Property and Title Insurance, Corporations, Estate Planning and Probate. My work load also included over forty foreclosure actions. I opened my own practice in June, 1986, moving to Broward County to be closer to family, and have continuously been a sole practitioner here ever since.

My practice continued to include the above areas of practice, adding business purchases and sales, general commercial transactions, and commercial lending, along the way. I fazed out my family law practice over twenty-five years ago. After building a successful portion of my practice in that area of law, I found that the practice of family law was less than satisfying. Since that time, my practice has continued to evolve further toward real estate closings and title work, both residential and commercial. I eventually formed Expert Title Company with Steven H. Naturman, Esq. in January, 2002. We currently are underwritten by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Guaranty Company. I average approximately 15 to 25 CLE credit search year in the real estate and title insurance fields.

Areas of Practice

Estate Planning

I prepare Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives (Health Care Proxies), deed transfers, etc.  It is most important to make sure all of your estate planning techniques work in unison to achieve your desired goals of wealth and asset transfers upon your passing.

Probate

Probate is the legal process for transferring assets from a person who has passed away to the heirs of that person.  This can be a tricky and involved process, and having someone experienced in handling this process will save you time, money, and aggravation.  Dealing with family after the death of a family member is often very difficult, and having someone to help clearly explain the process and manage expectations can make all the difference in avoiding unnecessary animosity between family members.  I strive for a holistic approach.

Business Law

I prepare documentation to form or convert companies, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, etc.  There can be great liability protection and tax savings depending upon how you set up your business entity, which can have far reaching consequences.  For example, not filing for Sub-Chapter S IRS tax filing designation could have you end up paying a double tax.

Commercial Transactions & Lending

I work with a number of institutional lenders, I prepare commercial loan documentation, handle title work and closings, and represent both buyers and sellers, in addition to lenders.  Before you seek a business loan, checking with me could help guide you to fair Lenders and help you organize and get the most lending available.
